Will it work for me?
We’ve comprised a list of the following to give you an idea of what is required from you:
- We only deliver the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Taupo and up to Pukekohe. We need at least 2.7m clearance in a flat driveway and enough space to manoeuvre it into position. If unsure feel free to send us your address and/or photos.
- Standard delivery/set up and pack down/pick up is quoted and clear prior to delivery – so no hidden surprises!
- Bond is only $200 as we know you’ll take good care of our cabin.
- You can have it for as long as you like, however we do have a minimum rental term of 6 months. Following this we need 1 month notice to terminate.
- We supply a 20 metre lead so you’ll be able to ‘plug n’go’!.
- Our cabins have three timber bearers underneath so can’t be moved once on the ground.
- If your site has tricky access we can arrange the services of a hi-ab to assist us………these costs are then passed on with no markup direct to you

Booking
If the above sounds okay – simply choose the cabin you would like and send us your filled out application from. You can view our cabins here.
Following this, we’ll be in touch to talk about your property and our availability.
Payment
Up front we require your bond, delivery fee and first week’s rental. Beyond that we simply require an automatic payment to be set up at an agreed frequency which best works for you.
Delivery and rental
On the day, we’ll need someone home to confirm the positioning of the cabin. If you have any questions in regards to your rental we are only ever a phone call away.
Termination
Once your 6 months is up, you can keep the cabin as long as you like. Simply let us know at least 1 month in advance before you’d like us to pick it up. This gives us time to arrange a new home and organise a suitable inspection and pick up time.
